Ministry Models – Discipleship & Church Growth

Maurice Valentine

  1. The Apostle Paul demonstrated a church can be birthed and grow through spiritual principles in the face of paganism.  His passion, rooted in love for Christ was fundamental to establishing the Christian faith against all odds.
  2. Church Growth is rooted in 5 basic tenants that must be established in the life of the new believer within 6 weeks. When these are accomplished, church members become highly engaged assets for God’s kingdom and are more likely to not consider any other alternative other than being lifelong learners at the feet of Jesus.

Workshop C

Leadership Lessons from Ellen G White

Dwain Esmond

In her writings and counsels, Ellen White paints a compelling picture of God’s leader, especially those who lead in times of crisis and at the end of time! Come and discover the core competencies required of End-Time Leaders!

Christ’s Method of Ministry

We’ll explore Jesus’ wholistic approach to mission and how we can apply it today. It’s the blueprint for an effective mission in any cultural context, and it’s a remedy for the high apostasy rate that plagues the Adventist Church.
